Part 1: Understanding the Essentials – Applications, Options & Financial Aid
Come and learn the essentials of post-secondary planning, including applications, financial aid, and the differences between university, college, and apprenticeships. Parents will gain the knowledge to help their teen make informed decisions and access key resources.
**Part 2: Supporting Your Teen Emotionally – Transition, Stress & Independence
Beyond academics, the post-secondary journey comes with emotional challenges. This session helps parents support their teen in building confidence, managing stress, and fostering independence. Gain practical strategies to encourage resilience and open communication during this transition.
