This 2-hour workshop is designed to support separated and divorced parents in developing a co-operative, child-centered approach to parenting. Participants will gain insight into the emotional impact of separation on both parents and children, including an understanding of the grief process. The workshop explores key developmental stages of children and how their needs may shift across ages and stages. Practical strategies will be provided to help parents communicate effectively, reduce conflict, and keep children out of the middle of adult issues. Participants will leave with tools to foster emotional security, resilience, and healthy adjustment for their children while building a more respectful and functional co-parenting relationship.
