We’re looking for a Fundraising & Community Engagement Director to help grow the Parent Support Network’s community connections, visibility, and financial sustainability. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with the community, fundraising, and finding creative ways to support parents and caregivers.

Fundraising & Community Engagement Director

Fundraising and Community Building

  • Confident asking for sponsorships, donations, and other funding

  • Experience with or aptitude for grant writing

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills

  • Enjoys connecting with local businesses, schools, libraries, and community organizations

Communication and Digital Skills

  • Warm, personable, and professional communication style

  • Comfortable representing PSN in the community

  • Comfortable with social media, email, Zoom, and basic digital tools

  • Able to create engaging, “snack-sized” content and promote PSN’s work

Organization and Initiative

  • Organized and self-directed

  • Comfortable planning and coordinating events

  • Able to manage a part-time schedule independently

  • Available for occasional evenings and weekends

  • Passionate about supporting parents and caregivers and aligned with PSN’s parenting philosophy

  • Familiarity with Dufferin County and the surrounding region is an asset
